Allows you configure common things in qdPM

There are a serveral types of configuration:

General Confguration
Allows you configure application name and default thinkgs like time zone, time format etc...
Features
Allows you set off/on features which you plan to use. For example if you don't plan use tickets or shceduler you can set off them
Eamil Options
Allows you send email via SMTP
